It took me until I retired to discover a truly delicious pizza in my village. The dough is absolutely exceptional. Light and crispy. Granddaughter, great-granddaughter, etc., of Italian ancestors. I know they would have congratulated "Bambino" for his true talent. A huge thank you...

Hello While on vacation, we discovered pizzas (in Montfuron). Nothing to complain about, delivered on time, large pizza, good quantity of ingredients, and thin crust. In short, very good. So yes, they replace the mozzarella with Emmental, but for me, it's not a problem, and it's a change. I recommend it. It takes a little time, so don't hesitate to share if you found this helpful ;)

What you expect from a pizza truck: it's good and they're super friendly. Remember to call 2 hours in advance, it's a victim of its own success!

I just finished my banbino pizza... The arugula is perfectly crunchy, the cherry tomatoes blend well with the balsamic vinegar, the smoked ham... A masterpiece, if you're in the area, go there with your eyes closed.
